The roller blinds installed in our home broke within two years. They came out to fix. Then a different panel broke this year. Now I try to call them and emailed and left them voice message three times. No one is returning my call. Bad follow up.

I have been in the Building industry for 36 years and this company has poor communication skills from day one. I’m building a custom home in Hawaii & I tried to get all of the information upfront for the home automation. I’m building a custom home in Hawaii & I tried to get all of the information upfront for the home automation. Once everything was wired, I found out after the fact it was all done incorrectly. No one can explain what to do or how it needs to be done until you deal with the president. Then he basically puts everything back on your shoulders that it’s your fault. To top it off he wants to send me an invoice for an employee site visit that they instructed me how to assemble it incorrectly. Stay clear! Show less

Very professional organization. They were able to provide expert design and installation of new cellular blinds in our view apartment. This included motorized blinds on our sloping windows. Thank you for your work.
