Customer service is one of the worst I’ve encountered. All doors locked during business hours and no one available at the order desk. A … Show more Customer service is one of the worst I’ve encountered. All doors locked during business hours and no one available at the order desk. I had to walk around the exterior knocking on doors / windows to get someone’s attention. Once I got their attention they acted like I had inconvenienced them. A black lady finally assisted me, she was nice, I would suggest that the owners of Wilson Art have them shopped so they can see how miserably they would fail or they may need a class on customer service! They need to be replaced! Show less

This place wasn't busy at the counter sales when I got there at 9 am. I'm hoping the lady behind the counter was just having a bad day and not like that all the time.
