I will not mention the sales rep by name, however, he reassured me before ordering the furniture that there would be no hiccups like there was the first time. I told him I was concerned that if I order the materials, they will be shipped on time or will not be installed on time. I had a time crunch. The delivery was delayed by two weeks, his excuse was he does not work primarily in the area that we are delivering to. And he is not familiar with the process in this area. The area is in Tampa, Florida. He is out of Jacksonville Florida after finally getting the materials delivered they were not installed. He said I did not click the correct button whenever checking out on the website to have them install and assemble the furniture. Then he made me hire a third-party company that cost twice as much to install and build The furniture. I also ordered 10 swivel chairs to be delivered to the address and installed. I got a random call a few weeks ago from FedEx saying that they had no address on file where to send the chairs so I told them to send it back to FedEx or WB MASON‘s warehouse so they can deliver them all at the same time. Then they miraculously disappeared in shipping and they have no idea where they are at currently. I’ve told them to return the order and get my money back so I could just go to Staples or Office Depot to order some new chairs. Definitely do not recommend working with WB MASON . They have been absolutely terrible most of the process. Show less
