As a customer I would like to know why the technicians doesn’t carry parts I waited 2 months for my repair. Why you can’t speak to a person ? What’s up with the long wait time for the process to get started? We’re supposed to be valued customers but where’s the value
Thomas was very thorough, and polite. He diagnosed the issue with my fridge quickly and gave me the information I needed to make an educated decision on how to proceed. I highly recommend him.
He worked on my a/c and changed some wires and the capacitor. When I turned the a/c back on it was still not cooling. He checked and said it needed Freon. He left without doing anything else. He did not let my husband know he was leaving. My a/c is still not cooling. It wouldn’t even come back …
They replaced the timer/clock on our 36” Kenmore Elite Range/ the “repair “ cost $866.66. . Finally got the part on the product, it only cost $231.00 from Spitfire Control Parts. Paid $635.66 for labor. Will never hire these people again.
The second technician told me I should not accuse my tenant of putting too much in her freezer. I guess I should not have shared what the technician told me. The new cost would be over 400$ to replace a gauge. I feel I paid for nothing the 1st time and 400$ more is not acceptable. Would be har…

the repair did not take place. I needed to talk to someone concerning the repair ahead of time, your telephone system DOES NOT allow me to do that. I would have save my time waiting for a service technician to come.
Ryan is a very hard and dedicated worker. He done everything he could to help me with my dryer. He went above and beyond. You are lucky to have a worker like him.
