My heart rate was either through the roof or dropping down to really low numbers, and I went to my general practitioner twice and the ER three times, with them giving me the full stroke run through. I had never been so scared in my life and had never felt what my body was going through before. I was dizzy, had chest pain, felt like I had weights on my legs ... all the time and could barely walk in a straight line. My doctors ended up saying that I probably picked up a virus in mexico and prescribed me with meclazine for vertigo. Show less

When at the ER for a migraine, a nurse gave me Dr. Sheng’s information as she found migraine relief after seeing him. Thus, I came to see Dr. Sheng about a year ago and he has helped me manage my pain with acupuncture. I am beyond grateful for his help. I have been able to greatly reduce the amount of pain medication needed to function and my quality of life has improved with the absence of constant pain. After having migraines my whole adult life, acupuncture has been the most helpful means of pain management for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Sheng as an option for those suffering from migraine.
