I was told that this was my fault for not triple checking that the info THEY gave me was correct. They charged me hundreds for a test that was useless instead of spending some time just talking to me. I always felt rushed through appointments that never seemed to provide any help. Overall this place added more stress to my already severely depressed condition and provided no help at all. Show less

Up until recently everything has been golden. A small snag with my insurance after a major accident (which didn't impact my insurance at all, and I've paid in full at each and every visit) and they won't fill my prescriptions until they've got everything fixed on their side. A small snag with my insurance after a major accident (which didn't impact my insurance at all, and I've paid in full at each and every visit) and they won't fill my prescriptions until they've got everything fixed on their side. These are the meds they put me on with very serious, extreme side effects if I suddenly stop taking them. I've been trying for two weeks now to get them refilled and the staff keeps telling me to wait. Now I'm out of meds and have to wait on them to fix their side after I have already done my part. Not sure I'll be going back at all. Show less

Horrible process to get my mother seen who has been stable on her medications for 20 years. We have called numerous times over the past 2 weeks to get chewed out by the rude receptionist. We have called numerous times over the past 2 weeks to get chewed out by the rude receptionist. In order to make an appointment they email you a packet of paper. You fill out the packet and send it back in. They wont send the email and my mother is running out of medicines because of the time this is taking her to get into these folks. We are having to find her another provider due to this. The office has all her information as she has been seen by other Florida Medical Clinic physicians yet they are using bureaucratic paper pushing to weed her out of accessibility to this office. I have been a patient for a couple years. Stephanie Symonds ARNP is such a kind and caring practitioner. I have been to previous clinics and felt as if I was just going to a pill mill and that no one really cared about my wellbeing. Then I found this clinic and my life has changed for the better.… Show more I have been a patient for a couple years. Stephanie Symonds ARNP is such a kind and caring practitioner. I have been to previous clinics and felt as if I was just going to a pill mill and that no one really cared about my wellbeing. Then I found this clinic and my life has changed for the better. Stephanie is amazing and without her I would be lost. I have also met Dr Trivedi and you can see that his focus is on his patients and their wellbeing. I recommend this clinic to anyone. Thankyou Stephanie and Dr Trivedi for compassion, kindness, and caring you share for each patient who comes in. Thankyou for changing my life. Show less
