Their performance from start to finish was way below par from high quotes (50-100% higher) measurements of the countertops to installation follow up;did not asked about my preference for clearance on the sink. Leaving a noticeable lip over the sink; improper installation of sink,breakfast bar and unpolished edges, lack of caulking and followup on repairs did not rectify the poor workmanship after two return visits and failed to return calls. I would NOT recommend this place at all. After my initial interview with my designer, Kristin Marks, it took a week or so to get in contact with her again to finalize details. After my initial interview with my designer, Kristin Marks, it took a week or so to get in contact with her again to finalize details. Then she screwed up my work order of a double vanity which arrived with two asymmetrical cabinets and only one of them prepared for its sink. Well.. five months later and I’m still waiting for the drawer that is supposed to fit the second sink. She never returned my calls. Their customer service is terrible. The lady at the front desk doesn’t care and doesn’t really want to help you. She is just there to transfer calls to a voicemail. Show less

We were able to schedule an appointment with Christina and she took us to see a selection of granite countertops. Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable and there was a huge selection. My mother made her selection and Christina will communicate her choice to the contractor. We were both very please with the experience and the showroom and selection is all beautiful. Show less

Horrible! 1st delivery date was cancelled, no call. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Called that morning to make sure they were coming. Again, no show and no call! I am so disgusted with this company!
