She could not answer questions, did not know where she was, and could not cooperate with her therapists. She would lose bowel control and defecate in the waiting room or during treatment. Mr. Dean would drop her off for three hours, basically using us as a sitting service, and became upset with us when we would no longer do this. The “Dr” at this facility posts a review about a potential client. First off, if this is the case, to have a “Physician” break EVERY hipaa law is absolutely appalling. If I was the child of this parent the “Dr” is referring to, I would sue this Dr for a breach of hippa! To state that the patient or even potential patient had no control of their bowels, didn’t know where they were, so on and so forth is absolutely insane that you would even post such statements. Just by this review I would never ever send anyone to this facility! And I’m just somebody reading the post and reviews. I have no affiliation with this company but I’m absolutely disgusted! I may even just forward this to the Better Business Bureau and AHCA just to name a few! Show less

Dr Reppy is a credit to his profession. He takes the time to listen to you and truly cares about his patients. He couldn't be more compassionate and understanding. The staff is excellent, friendly and extremely helpful.

Called the front desk to try to setup an appointment and encountered the rudest concierge woman. She wouldn’t let me speak and then hung up on me when I was trying to explain my circumstances to her. Don’t waste your time coming here, I’m not even sure how this woman has a job.

Would give zero star if i could. When my mother needed rehab the most they denied her help. Also lied about driver being sick so they didn't have to pick her up. Highly recommend not to use this company.

Highly recommend looking for a different place of business if you want to be treated with care and respect. A+ should not be included in this companies name.
